A century-old rural property comprising two houses set on a plot of approximately 3,000 m², enclosed by carefully restored stone walls.
The land, once used as pasture and later left uncultivated and overtaken by invasive vegetation, has been extensively rehabilitated and transformed into a spacious garden.
Today, the property features lawned areas, fruit trees, and several shared spaces designed for guests’ enjoyment: a covered porch with tables for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, a terrace with sea views, and on-site parking within the property.

The main house and the former agricultural support building (atafona) — were carefully restored and converted into four accommodation units, designed to provide an authentic, comfortable, and welcoming holiday experience.

From the Main House came Criptoméria and Vinhático, two spacious, light-filled units, each with its own private entrance.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom, a bathroom, and a pleasant living area with an integrated kitchen, ideal for relaxing moments. A second bedroom is located on the mezzanine, open to the living space, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.

From the Atafona came Faia and Azevinho, two equally independent units, more compact in size, arranged as duplexes. On the lower floor, they feature a bedroom and a bathroom, while the upper floor hosts a cozy living area with a kitchenette, perfect for a peaceful and practical stay.
